Local area with Motorbike or car delivery service

  • W3, W4, W6, W10, W11, W12, W14 including Shepherd’s Bush, Action, Ealing, Hammersmith and Chiswick areas;
    Minimum order: £40 (£3.99 delivery charge)
    Orders over £50:      (£2.99 delivery charge)
  • W5, W7, W8, W13, TW7, TW8, TW9, NW10 including areas in Kensington, Ealing and Isleworth, Kew, Brentford; 
    Minimum order: £50 (£4.99 delivery charge)
    Orders over £60 (£    3.99 delivery charge)
  • W2, SW3, SW5, SW6, SW7, SW10, SW11, SW13, SW14, SW15, SW18, TW1, TW10, including areas in Fulham, Wandsworth, Putney, Twickenham, Richmond, Teddington, Kingston and Hampton; 
    Minimum order: £50 (£5.99 delivery charge)
    Orders over £70 (£    4.99 delivery charge)
  • NW2, NW3, NW6, W9, TW2, TW3, TW4, TW5, TW11, TW12, including areas in Hounslow, Wembley, Kingston and Hampton; 
    Minimum order: £60 (£5.99 delivery charge)
    Orders over £80 (£4.99 delivery charge)

    Delivery charge will be calculated automatically at checkout for London postcodes only. 

    We reserve all rights to refuse a delivery order due to distance, supply or any other reasons. 

    Please note that you may not be eligible for delivery if your area is not listed above. However, we may be able to send items via courier, please refer to “WHERE WE SHIP”.

    在特殊情況下，由於距離或其他不能預期的原因，我們有權取消或調整配送日期。

    WHERE WE SHIP (Courier service)

    If your postcodes are not in the listed area of our delivery, we can also ship the items to you via a courier service. 

    • Mainland UK from £9.5
    • Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland from £9.5

    Please note that this is only for addresses in England.

    If you are purchasing frozen items, please make sure that you have included the frozen package to keep your food items fresh during transit.

    We will use next day parcel delivery with fully trackable service. However, collection and delivery are not guaranteed but currently enjoy a very high success rate. 

    Courier service only collect and delivery during the weekday (excluding bank holidays)

    Courier cost will be calculated at checkout. 

    Every parcel weight limit is 10kg, if the order total weight is more than 10kg, you will need to pay the second parcel shipping fee.

    英格蘭包裹寄送服務：

    如果您不在我們的宅配區域，我們能使用包裹寄送服務送達您的訂單，如果您預定了冷凍或冷藏商品，請務必同時訂購低溫寄送保冷材，以避免食物在運送過程中腐壞。

    我們會使用包裹隔日快送服務進行寄送，目前配合的公司是DHL，運送過程中有全程包裹追蹤服務，很遺憾，我們無法完全保證隔日抵達，這取決於配送交通等因素，不過絕大部分的包裹都能在隔日抵達，下訂前請特別注意。

    包裹寄送有重量和體積上的限制，如果您的訂購超過了10kg，我們會跟您聯繫，將您的訂單拆分成兩個包裹進行運送，當然也會向您收取兩次費用。

    包裹取件和寄送會在週間進行，不包含公眾假期。

    WHEN WE DELIVER

    Please select your delivery date at checkout.
    Currently we delivery Tuesdays to Fridays, excl. public holidays. Our delivery time is 12pm-5pm.

    Items size, quality and price may vary daily due to supply.


    HOW WE DELIVER

    We only deliver to ground floor level. If the address is a block of flats, please kindly meet us downstairs at your front door.


    Store Pick Up

    Pick up directly from our store in Shepherd's Bush at no extra cost. Select 'store collection' at check out.
